What data we process
The contact form on this website asks for the following, and we process nothing beyond it:
- Name — so we can address you in our reply
- Email address — so we can reply at all
- Subject and message — so we can answer substantively
Why we process it
The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form. The purpose is solely to answer your enquiry and to hold any follow-up discussion.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for a maximum of two years from receipt, so that we have the history if you come back to us later. If you ask for deletion sooner, we delete it.
Who has access
Your data is accessed by the representative of Hainalcode Kft. We use the following processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — serving the website and abuse protection (Turnstile)
- Resend, Inc. — delivering contact form submissions by email
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
This website uses no marketing or tracking cookies, which is why no cookie consent banner appears. Your chosen language is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
Your rights
- Ask what data of yours we process
- Ask for incorrect data to be corrected
- Ask for your data to be deleted
- Ask for processing to be restricted
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Ask for your data in a portable format
Any of these requests can simply be sent to info@hainalcode.hu; we respond within 30 days at the latest.
Remedies
If you believe the processing infringes your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu), or take the matter to court.
